WORK is a boutique fitness studio specializing in high intensity group circuit training. Each 50 minute session is a blend of function and athletic conditioning, focused on groups of prime movers and accessory muscles specific to generating movement. This is how your body was designed to WORK. We perform better as a team, which is why each of our classes is taught in a group style format. Class size is capped to allow for personal instruction, and to make sure you are getting the most out of your WORK.
